We also offer online interviews for the first round , so please feel free to apply even if you live far away.

A Day in the Life of Our Staff

    Check emails and schedule.

    Business meeting with the assigned facility (online)

    We will hold an online meeting with the facility in charge. We will inquire about their product usage and any problems they are experiencing, and provide support to ensure they can use the product with confidence. After the meeting, we will review the content and organize areas for improvement based on feedback from the staff members who were present. We will then use this information to improve our next business negotiation.

    Visited a certain aquarium

    We visit facilities that are using our products to inquire about their usage and any problems they may be experiencing. By observing the actual usage environment, we can propose better usage methods and improvement suggestions.

    We will listen to your concerns regarding the current state of your facility and hygiene, and then propose how our products can help. When we talk with our customers, we prioritize "listening to their challenges and thinking about the best solutions" rather than "selling products."

    I check my emails and review the day's activities. I organize the details of business negotiations and any issues I've identified, and prepare for future proposals and the next day's work.

    Walking back to the station with my colleagues, we refresh ourselves by chatting about work and personal matters. Because we have an environment where we can easily consult with each other about any problems, we can approach our work with a positive attitude.

    We analyze Instagram's "Insights" (data such as views and engagement) to identify popular post types. Based on these results, we plan and create posts that will reach a wider audience.

    We check the number of responses to LINE surveys and the application status for campaigns. We also analyze data from Google Ads and YouTube videos to determine which ads and videos are leading to product purchases.

    Content creation

    While continuing from where we left off this morning, I'll be creating Instagram posts and YouTube videos. I'll be designing and writing while thinking about "how to best convey the appeal of the product."

    Meeting preparations

    I will review the topics to be discussed in the meeting and prepare the necessary documents and data.

    Work summary for the next day

    I review the day's work, organize my schedule and priorities for the next day, and then leave work.

    Since there's basically no overtime, you can have plenty of time for your personal life. It's an environment where you can work with a good work-life balance!
